ALEFBA uses a secure escrow-based payment system to protect both buyers and sellers. When you make a purchase, your payment is safely held until the order is delivered and confirmed.

How does the escrow system work?

After you complete your payment, the funds are stored securely in ALEFBA’s escrow account. The seller ships your order, and the payment is released only after delivery is confirmed.

When is the payment released to the seller?

Payment is released to the seller in the following cases:

• Buyer confirms delivery: Funds are released within 24 hours.
• No confirmation but tracking shows delivered: Funds are automatically released after 3 days.
• Dispute opened: Payment remains on hold until the issue is resolved.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If you report an issue (such as damaged or incorrect items), the payment stays on hold. ALEFBA support may request evidence and help resolve the dispute fairly.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through trusted EU-compliant providers using encrypted and secure technology. ALEFBA never stores your card details.
