ALEFBA uses a secure escrow-based payment system to protect both buyers and sellers. Payments are held safely until the buyer receives their order, ensuring a fair and secure transaction for all parties.
When a buyer completes a purchase, the payment is securely held in ALEFBA’s escrow system. The seller only receives the funds after the buyer confirms delivery or after automatic confirmation based on tracking information.
After checkout, the buyer’s payment is securely stored in ALEFBA’s escrow account. The seller is notified to ship the order but does not receive the funds immediately.
Once the buyer receives the product and confirms delivery, the payment is released to the seller within 24 hours. If the buyer does not confirm but tracking shows delivery, ALEFBA automatically releases the payment after 3 days.
If the buyer reports a problem with the order, the payment remains on hold until the issue is reviewed. ALEFBA may request evidence from both parties to ensure a fair resolution.
The escrow system protects buyers from fraud and ensures sellers are paid for completed orders. This system follows EU marketplace standards for secure online transactions.
