1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing ALEFBA ("we", "us", "our") online store or placing an order you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to every order made on alefba.eu or through any direct invoice we issue.

If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using the website or submitting an order. We may update the Terms from time to time, so we recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

Customers must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. When you create an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• Safeguard your login credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
• Avoid any activity that could disrupt the Site, compromise security, or infringe the rights of other users.
• Use the store solely for legitimate purchases and not for resale without written approval.

3. Orders & Payments

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or invoice from ALEFBA. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment where product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud occurs.

Payments can be completed via PayPal, credit card, or SEPA bank transfer. For bank transfers, orders remain on hold until funds arrive in our account. Late or missing payments can lead to automatic cancellation.

• Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• If your payment fails, the stock will not be reserved until successful completion.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We prepare orders regularly, excluding French public holidays. Express delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on customs checks or carrier delays outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier scans the parcel as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the products remain unused, sealed, and in resaleable condition. Certain hygiene products or personalised items are final sale.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returned items pass inspection. Bank transfers may take up to 5 working days to appear on your statement.

6. Data & Privacy

We handle personal data according to the ALEFBA Privacy Policy. Only information necessary to fulfil your order, deliver marketing communications (when consented), and comply with legal requirements is collected.

7. Governing Law & Contact
